"We were given a key at check in to a room already occupied.. so imagine barging into someone’s room at 1am. Not fun for either party. Then the doors to the next room slammed every time they went in and out (frequently). The bathroom was disgusting.. black curly hairs everywhere (repulsive), the nightstand and desk were dirty with a ring from a cup crusted on them. On night 2 of 4 our room key quit working so we had to wait on the elevator and go all the way back down to the desk to get new keys. Overall very poor stay. "

Pool freezing cold, told it was heated and hot tub broke. Staff professional and helpful. Location great, close to museum. Mattresses do not have waterproof mattress covers, mattress had large stains . "
