Enjoy the double panoramic view, with Mount Terminillo on one side and Lake Turano on the other. The two-story property with a significant size of 300 m2 consists of: Large living room with kitchenette, open-space lounge, and dining table Kitchen Four bedrooms Three bathrooms Living room Fenced garden and wood-fired oven An independent farmhouse made of wood and stone, overlooking the surrounding territory and offering a bright location. Spacious and welcoming, the property is equipped with every comfort to ensure maximum relaxation and pleasure, creating an authentic and evocative atmosphere. Located at an altitude of 800 meters, we provide a cooler environment even in summer. • Ground floor: The large living room, with dual access to different areas of the garden, represents the heart of the property.
