« Nous sommes déçus et fâchés...nous avions réservé cet hôtel car il y avait une navette gratuite entre l'aéroport et le motel. Navette en panne et nous avons du prendre un taxi, à nos frais...au check in on ne nous a pas demandé de reçu du taxi, alors qu'on aurait pu l'avpir, le chauffeur de taxi étant encore présent...mais le lendemain on nous a demandé un reçu pour un éventuel remboursement... Pas cool du tout... »

Nous avons pu laver et sécher nos vêtements avant de repartir le lendemain car lave linge et sèche linge sont à dispi dans l'appartement. Petit déjeuner varié, les pancakes sont excellents et frais. Le personnel très aimable. Madame parle un peu le français, ce qui est un plus. »

« L'hôtel est assez bien placé. Situé juste en bordure du CBD, il est proche des transports publics gratuit mais également proche d'un carrefour assez bruyant la journée. La réception n'est présente sur place que de 9h à 16h. En dehors de ces horaires... Rien. L'appartement est assez bien équipé et spacieux pour deux personnes. Il y a un resto italien juste à côté et une pizzeria eu rez. Et quelques asiatiques dans les environs. Au niveau qualité et prix c'était très bien. Propre et bien...

"Des difficultés pour obtenir la navette gratuite à l'aéroport: aucune prise de RDV par mail, malgré notre demande, uniquement par appel téléphonique à l'arrivée. Etant étrangers et en transit 24h nous n'avions pas le réseau pour appeler. Pas de pancakes au petit déjeuner, alors que présents sur la carte, un service au restaurant hyper lent! Le personnel est accueillant et la chambre propre, mais mériterait une bonne rénovation."

"Nous sommes déçus et fâchés...nous avions réservé cet hôtel car il y avait une navette gratuite entre l'aéroport et le motel. Navette en panne et nous avons du prendre un taxi, à nos frais...au check in on ne nous a pas demandé de reçu du taxi, alors qu'on aurait pu l'avpir, le chauffeur de taxi étant encore présent...mais le lendemain on nous a demandé un reçu pour un éventuel remboursement... Pas cool du tout..."
