A spacious modern home perfect for family getaways or professionals who are looking for a home from home. Conveniently located close to Sunninghill and Ascot where you can find an array of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. There is plenty to do nearby including Royal Ascot Racecourse, Sunningdale Golf Course, Legoland and Windsor Castle.  
  
The Space:  
A spacious home benefiting from all the amenities you would expect to find in your own home. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, cosy lounge, study and utility room with W/C. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms (master with ensuite) and main bathroom. You have benefit from driveway parking and a private rear garden.

#### Vacation Ascot

Great spot. Five bdrm house in a nice quiet neighborhood that suited us perfectly. Could cook if you wanted but great restaurants within walking distance, particularly the Italian run by Adriano. We had a plumbing issue that was sorted the same day by the management co. Very happy with our choice.
