Schade werden defekte Glühlampen von der Verwaltung nicht ersetzt; ein Kurzrundgang vor Einzug neuer Mieter, ein Lüften der Wohnung würde helfen. Seit ein paar Jahren besuchen wir Ascona im Sommer, die Unterkunft Casa Michele ist eine super Unterkunft! Sehr freundliche Dame beim Sekretariat! Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet und schön sauber, zentral gelegen, zu Fuss schnell in der Stadtmitte.
