The place is lovely and a short walk to the boardwalk/beach as well as an array of restaurants and shops on Cookman Ave. I highly recommend staying here. It took just minutes for me to feel right at home in this lovely apartment. The couch and bed were both so comfy, the kitchen easy to work with and the deck was perfect for my morning coffee while listening to the birds greeting the day. And I couldn’t ask for a better location right near the boardwalk! As a first time VRBO user, I was nervous, but the host made everything easy and answered all my questions. From our initial booking to our departure, Jay was always available for any questions. The details of this property were the best we've ever experienced: dedicated parking space, keyless entry, wonderful balcony to relax on, huge sectional couch, king-sized bed, and a fully stocked kitchen with anything you would ever need. The property is meticulously decorated and maintained with SO much wonderful character - it didn't feel like you were in a rental, but rather staying at a friends house. In terms of location, you can't beat it! You are on the boardwalk or at a restaurant in a few minutes walk. We can't wait to go back! ##### Melissa N.
