Experience Asbury Park like a local in this fantastic, rarely available, 3-bedroom shore colonial, located just one mile from the beach and iconic oceanfront boardwalk. This home features a warm, welcoming vibe with original hardwood floors, a decorative fireplace, and an elegantly renovated kitchen. Thoughtfully furnished and comfortably appointed, it includes a queen bed, futon, and twin bed, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax.  
  
Guests can enjoy a full bathroom upstairs (complete with a bathtub, hair dryer, and even a bidet), as well as a convenient half bath on the first floor. The sunny enclosed porch is perfect for morning coffee, while the large front porch and spacious backyard deck offer relaxing spots to unwind after a day of exploring!  
  
You'll be within walking distance of a great local restaurant, cozy café, and refreshing juice spot, plus scooters are just a 30-second walk away, making it easy to get around without even needing a car.
