It was a room with one flight of staircup, then one floor of stairs down with no elevators. When I noticed several empty rooms I asked if she could change the room and she said it will cost us extra 20,000 yens. We had two suitcases to carry up and then down and no help was offered. I expected a bit more for the price I paid. Meals were also just fine. The hot springs temperature is very hot. The open air bath was better. However when I visited in the morning I noticed holes in the wall. Unfortunately I would not recommend this location. If you already have a reservation, refuse any room from 121-130\. They had unfortuntely a serious staff shortage prob due to Covid and one elderly lady was in charge of the total dinner service for 20-40 people. As such food was mostly coldy.
