Southwest location. It includes 1 large bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a large walk-in closet, a living room with 1 sofa bed and 2 armchairs, 1 flat screen TV in the kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, dolce coffee maker gusto + another electric, fridge with 4 induction hobs. A bathroom with bathtub + washing machine, separate toilets, a sea view balcony equipped with terrace furniture. All the shutters are rolling and electric. The residence is secured by a digital code.
