Spread over two levels, **Rotonda Cottage 34** has been designed for maximum comfort. The ground floor hosts the living area, equipped with two sofa beds, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The modern bathroom includes a shower and hairdryer. The separate kitchen, overlooking the garden, features a hob, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The upper floor accommodates the air-conditioned double bedroom with wardrobe. Mosquito screens and a safe are also included.
  
**OUTDOOR SPACES**   
  
The covered veranda, furnished for outdoor dining or relaxing, overlooks a well-kept communal green area. The residence features shaded walkways, landscaped common spaces and a peaceful environment suitable for families and couples. Guests may also use the sun terrace with loungers and the children’s play area.

The complex includes a saltwater **shared pool** with a shallow area for children and a furnished solarium. **Pool opening dates may vary: please contact our booking office for confirmation.**

Nearby, the charming **Cala dei Ginepri Beach** offers views over the **Gulf of Arzachena**, and the iconic Nikki Beach is just a short drive away.
