Bright 120 sqm penthouse in the condominium called 'Villaggio Marina' completely renovated in 2019\. The apartment consists of 2 spacious bedrooms facing the sea, both with private bathroom. From the living room and the master bedroom there is access to the large terrace overlooking the Marina, furnished with a dining table and relaxation area

The very large spaces and separate sleeping areas make this apartment very comfortable for both a family and a group of friends
