Casa Beljardino lies on the ground floor of a beautiful building. The house has sea view from the terrace and from the garden. The garden is full of flowers and has a well tended lawn. The house is on walking distance of the beach and the shops and restaurants of Cannigione.
The apartment has modern furnishing, air-conditioning in all rooms, and a big sliding window to the terrace. The house consists of a living room with open kitchen, dining table, double sofa bed, and two double rooms. One bedroom has sea view and a private bathroom. The other has its bathroom next to the room. From the main bedroom and from the living room there is access to the big terrace with sea view and view over the cute garden that is prosperous all year round.
You will have at your disposal a private covered parking inside the residence.
Cannigione is in the centre of the Gallura region and therefore a perfect base to explore the Costa Smeralda, to visit La Maddalena and the many extremely beautiful beaches in the area, like for example Cala dei Ginepri.

El departamento es hermoso, tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Nosotros éramos tres personas y tener dos habitaciones y dos baños fue muy cómodo. Simona que es quien te recibe nos esperó con las llaves, nos recomendó lugares para comer y también algunas playas, la primer noche llamó ella misma para hacernos una reserva para la cena, el día de dejar el departamento también vino a buscar las llaves. La atención y comunicación fue excelente, al igual que el departamento y su ubicación. Suele ser necesario tener auto para moverte a otras playas, pero eso sucede en todas las partes de la isla. Volvería y lo recomendaría sin dudas!

#### Gutes Apartement
Gutes Apartement, ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Schöne Terasse mit schönem Möbeln und Blick, netter Garten mit Olivenbäumen etc. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, die Küche hat eine Grundausstattung, kochmessermäßig bringt man sich aber besser etwas Eigenes mit. Vor Ort wird nur Italienisch und kein Englisch gesprochen, das war beim Check-In teilweise etwas nervig, aber in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp war ok dank Google-Übersetzer, warum wir zwischendurch auch italienische Sprachnachrichten bekommen haben, haben wir nicht so richtig verstanden. Insgesamt fänden wir ein paar Englischkenntnisse für so internationales Publikum schon angemessen. Der Supermarkt nebenan hat uns nicht gestört, wir fanden ihn recht praktisch. Allerdings waren wir auch in der Nebensaison da und alles war nicht so geschäftig. Die Wohnung war prinzipiell sauber, die Duschen bräuchten aber dringend eine Grundreinigung bzw. ein Update. Gewohnungsbedürftig fanden wir die Lampen mit bläulichen Glühbirnen, das war schon sehr ungemütlich.

Ci siamo fermati presso casa Bejardino, che fa parte di questo splendido condominio in Cannigione. L’appartamento corrisponde esattamente alle foto, ma dal vivo e’ ancora più spettacolare. Ad accoglierci per il check-in conosciamo Simona, simpaticissima, molto gentile e disponibile per ogni supporto logistico e organizzativo. La casa ha una vista fantastica, con patio molto grande dove poter cenare. L’interno è arredato davvero con gusto. Parcheggio interno, protetto e in un contesto assolutamente tranquillo e silenzioso con disponibilità di ben 2 supermercati in prossimita. Centrale e vicino al corso principale e alla darsena di Cannigione. Ci torneremo sicuramente ! Ale & Paolo

Siamo ritornati a Cannigione perché è un paesino molto bello, pratico, pieno di negozietti e localini e vicino a luoghi di interesse. ci serviva una casa grande e questa è stata davvero super comoda. Pulita, ordinata, con tutti i servizi necessari. I letti oltretutto sono davvero comodi e si riposa benissimo! il giardino con vista mare e pieno di fiori è proprio bello! Consiglio la casa di Giulia per un soggiorno piacevole e al top!

Wir waren Ende Mai in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung entspricht voll der Beschreibung, alles war super sauber, wir waren von der Ausstattung begeistert, alles sehr hochwertig, auch die Gartenmöbel, nichts hat gefehlt. Der Check-In verlief problemlos, die Kommunikation im Vorfeld auf Englisch und vor Ort nur auf italienisch, dank Google translate kein Problem. Simona hat wie abgesprochen an der Wohnung auf uns gewartet und uns alles gezeigt. Im Verlauf unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir immer wieder Mal Tipps per WhatsApp von ihr bekommen, super Service. Die Lage direkt an der Rückseite eines Supermarktes ist sehr praktisch. In anderen Bewertungen angesprochene Busse auf dem Parkplatz haben wir nicht gesehen, gibt es vielleicht nur in der Hauptsaison. Strand, Restaurants usw in 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar, sehr gepflegtes Umfeld. Lage perfekt zum Erkunden der Costa Smeralda, viele Traumstrände und Städte in 20 Autominuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pobyt był świetny. Apartament pięknie przygotowany. Wszystko zgodne z opisem a nawet ładniejsze niż na zamieszczonych w ogłoszeniu fotografiach. Bardzo czysto. Mieliśmy wszystko co nam było potrzebne. W apartamencie jest bardzo dużo miejsca. Sypialnie i łóżka bardzo wygodne. Jedynie poduszki zbyt wysokie ale to jest kwestia indywidualna. Dwie łazienki to bardzo duży komfort. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Śniadania na tarasie umilały nam pobyt. Dziękuję serdecznie.

Wir, eine Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern, haben uns sehr wohl in dem Apartment gefühlt. 14 sehr schöne Tage. Das Apartment ist schön und sauber, es liegt nur ca.500 Meter vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind ebenfalls besonders schön. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Jürgen und Familie

Questa casa è davvero perfetta: - la posizione è strategica per raggiungere in pochi minuti di auto moltissime mete sarde; - è dotata di parcheggio all’interno di un cortile con cancello automatico; - si trova accanto ad un grande supermercato; - gli interni sono curati, gli spazi sono molto ampi e la comodità è assicurata (per la presenza di due bagni, phon, ferro da stiro, lavatrice, stendini, stoviglie, aria condizionata, televisione di ultima generazione); - il contesto è signorile ed i minimi dettagli fanno la differenza; - gode di un patio vista mare dove poter mangiare; - in ultimo, ma non per ultima, Simona, la signora che cura il check in, il check out e la pulizia è davvero deliziosa, pronta a fornire qualsiasi indicazione e di una simpatia travolgente!

#### Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick und gepflegtem Garten
Wir waren als Familie das 2\. Mal in dieser Wohnung und waren wieder zufrieden. Die Wohnung hat Vor- und Nachteile welche man beachten sollte. Die Lage ist unserer Meinung nach perfekt, direkt hinter einem Supermarkt, was für Einkäufe super praktisch ist auch für den tgl, Brötchenkauf ideal. Meerblick ist toll, früh morgen Sonne auf der Terrasse und Abends Schatten ist auch sehr praktisch, da man Abends vom Tag sehr aufgeheizt ist. Nachteile sind das immer noch fehlende WLAN, was echt ein Problem ist, wenn man Kinder hat, da es auch kein deutsches Fernsehen gibt. Auch fehlt der Geschirrspüler, was etwas ungewöhnlich für die Ausstattung ist, da der Platz in der großen Küche eigentlich da ist. Was auch (leider) erwähnenswert ist, das die Betreuung vor Ort (Übergabe) nur italienisch spricht, was eigentlich bei internationalen Gästen zu wenig ist. Google translate ist dann Goldwert aber nichtsdestotrotz nervig. All in ist unsere Bewertung trotzdem super, da es uns trotzdem gefallen hat und wir die Wohnung wieder buchen würden.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Wohnung. Dass kein WiFi verfügbar ist, haben wir bei der Buchung übersehen. Das war allerdings kein Problem, weil der Supermarkt gleich nebenan ein "free WiFi" hat. Einfach beim Kassenpersonal nach dem Code fragen. Cannigione ist sehr geeignet, um die nahe gelegenen Strände der Costa Smeralda zu erkunden.
