The Il Giardino degli Oleandri holiday residence is located in the heart of the exclusive Costa Smeralda, not far from the area's most beautiful beaches. The center of Porto Cervo, a destination known for its exclusive boutiques and glamorous clubs, is just 3 km away.
The residence's name derives from the fragrant oleanders that surround it. Situated on a hill amidst Mediterranean scrubland, it offers a true oasis of peace and well-being. The apartments, equipped with Wi-Fi and furnished in typical Costa Smeralda style, are located on the ground or upper floors and offer either sea views or garden views. Pitrizza beach is just 750 m away, and Lisca di Vacca beach is 350 m away. The complex features two swimming pools.
