Splendid detached villa of 50 square meters on the ground floor (stairs to access) inside a residence and ideal to comfortably accommodate 3 people. The accommodation is located in Località Liscia di Vacca, just 5 minutes by car from Porto Cervo and its characteristic square.  
  
The nearest beach, that of Liscia di Vacca, is only a 13-minute walk from the property.  
  
The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and magnificent outdoor veranda.

Immersed in a natural landscape of rare beauty, Liscia di Vacca is a refined residential area, overlooking a crystalline sea and nestled between granite rocks shaped by the wind and salt.  
  
Here you can breathe a relaxed but elegant atmosphere, ideal for those seeking privacy without giving up the proximity of the services and glamour of the coast. During the summer, the area comes to life discreetly, with luxury boutiques, panoramic restaurants and lounge bars overlooking the sea.  
  
A few minutes from the accommodation you will find the beach of Liscia di Vacca, a sheltered and quiet cove, perfect for those seeking relaxation and clear sea. A little further north, the beaches of Cala Pitrizza and Cala del Faro are unmissable, framed by pink rocks and Mediterranean vegetation. Towards the south, you can quickly reach the famous beaches of Pevero and the fashionable Porto Cervo Marina.  
  
We recommend traveling by car to fully enjoy the beauty of the area and move comfortably between the many beaches and attractions nearby.  
  
Among the points of interest in the surrounding area, the elegant Church of San Lorenzo in Porto Rotondo, the breathtaking views of Capo Ferro, and for sea lovers, the possibility of boat trips to the Maddalena Archipelago.

\- From Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport the easiest and fastest way to reach the apartment is by car/taxi in 40 minutes.  
  
Alternatively, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 10 to the Veneto fr. Toti stop, walk 2 minutes to the Olbia Corso Vittorio Veneto 3C-CAPOLINEA stop and take bus 604 to the Porto Cervo-Liscia di Vacca stop, a 2-minute walk from the property;  
  
\- From Olbia Station, you can reach the Olbia Corso Vittorio Veneto 3C-CAPOLINEA stop (2 minutes walk) and take Line 604 to the Porto Cervo-Liscia di Vacca stop, a 2-minute walk from the property;  
  
\- If you travel by car, you can park for a fee on blue lines (NOT guaranteed), or for free at the Parking in Via della Marina (NOT guaranteed).
