Villa "Smeralda" offers a cozy and comfortable three-story detached villa in the Laconia resort, just 1.5 km from the center of Cannigione. Enjoy a sunny location in the residential district, situated only 350 meters from the sea and beach. The property boasts a private fenced garden with a wildlife area, flowers, and a lawn for sunbathing. Additionally, you'll have access to an outdoor shower, roofed parking for two cars, and various amenities such as a yard, Internet WiFi, and parking.

Take advantage of the private garden at Villa "Smeralda," which is fenced and features a wildlife garden, flowers, and a lawn perfect for sunbathing. Refresh yourself with the outdoor shower, and enjoy the convenience of roofed parking right on the premises, accommodating up to two cars.  
  
Other Information  
The villa's location offers easy access to various nearby amenities. A supermarket is just 800 meters away, while a shopping center, restaurant, and bar are only 400 meters from the property. Enjoy the sandy beach within 500 meters, and a sports harbor is just 350 meters away. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 5-room villa that spans across 3 levels, totaling 200 square meters. The stylish and cozy furnishings include a living/dining room with a panoramic window, a double sofabed, and a Scandinavian wood stove (for decorative purposes only). This room has access to the garden and terrace. There is one double bedroom on the main level, also with access to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower, bidet, and toilet on this level. On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you'll find another double bedroom with a double sofabed, shower, bidet, toilet, and a TV (flat screen). This level also provides access to the garden. On the upper floor, there is a room with two beds, a shower, bidet, toilet, and another TV (flat screen), with an exit to the terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. Air conditioning and forced-air heating are available to maintain the desired temperature. There is a large patio area, partly roofed, where you can enjoy the terrace furniture, an electric barbecue, deck chairs, and a sitting area. The villa boasts stunning views of the sea and the valley. Other facilities include a washing machine, iron, mosquito nets, and hair dryers. Wi-Fi internet access is provided free of charge. The maximum number of pets or dogs allowed is two.
