"The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged our taxi in the morning and it all went smoothly. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was on the small side, but very comfortable. The beds had mosquito netting, though it hardly seemed necessary. The toilet tank didn’t feel, but there was a water spray available to fill it manually, so it really wasn’t a problem. "The place is what you pay for I guess. You'd think £60 would go farther in Tanzania but apparently not, Arusha is expensive. Basically, rooms are like prison cells, bathrooms terrible, and it took a few tries to find a room with working aircon. Staff were friendly enough if a little inefficient. What is with having to ask for toilet paper all the time - just have some in the room, its a basic necessity!!!"

"$60 per night is not a lot but you dont get much either.Area outside hotel very noisy,shower has no hot water,lift did not work.If you are desperate stay here but you can probably find lower standard hotel cheaper and better !"
