I think they should remodel the inside of the hotel and have better elevators. The room have a lot of humidity. That should be fixed as well But overall I had a great time and the service was great!!!

Our “upgraded” room was horrible but the hotel and other surrounding hotels were all booked up so I couldn’t check into another one . We have so many photos of all the things in our room that were horrible and we spoke to front desk about them . Lovely hotel and friendly service but rooms and elevators need to be updated fast

I’ve been to Aruba before. First time staying here. If you are staying here do not eat at the Al carte restaurants, way below par. Buffets were descent a lot of choices. Rooms need updating, Had to call maintenance 3x because my safe with my valuables would not open. And there were holes in bottom of it and one of my diamond earrings slipped through. They had to take the whole safe apart. Other than that, Aruba is beautiful. The weather is amazing so if you come to Aruba, there are a lot of better places to stay.

The resort is beautiful! Needs a little updating but everything was in working order in our room. We ate at all the restaurants and once you learn the trick of being 1st in line you will get a table. The buffets were beautiful and plentiful! Activities (zumba, water aerobics, daily games etc) were fun and entertaining. My only real complaint was that children were not supposed to be in the bar area and they were. I was fine being in a resort with kids- most were well-behaved and adorable but kids were jumping off tables and the edges of the pool and could have been hurt- no one (parents or employees) seemed to care. All in all we had an awesome time- we were a group of 10 there for our 60th birthdays and have so many great memories from our first trip to Aruba! Thank you!

Beautiful beach. Great setting. Problems with room keys not working and construction woke us up early. Staff was not very informative nor was the dining staff happy to wait on costumers it seemed. Food was good. Bartenders were great. It was a good place for us to vacation, just not great.

The hotel is older and shows some age however it is very clean and kept well. The staff are amazing. Luis in the dining room at breakfast is wonderful. He was attentive and helpful. We didn't really have to lift a finger. The food is not great. It is there in abundance but if you are a foodie, then there are more options outside of the hotel. Bibi was our concierge and she was the best!! She booked several excursions for us and was very attentive to us during our stay! The elevator is slow and it's warm in there. You have to get your towels early and claim your space on the beach or by the pool. Get there early.

Not the BEST hotel not the worst. Some recommendations: 1. Reservations for ANY restaurant is absolutely ATROCIOUS and quite complicated 2. The rooms always felt stuffy 3. It would be GREAT if you could get service on the beach 4. Entertainment/Music was needed at the beach area 5. Clips for the towels should be provided - it is SUPER windy and you get smacked with the towels

This is the word RIU I have been to The bathroom sinks were leaking Slippery rooms and my pregnant sister was not feeling well, there was lots of mold on the property. A minor renovations is needed throughout the building. The gym has old things the mats are all ripped, minimal machines to use some were broken and ceiling was filled with mole. This entire trip was not worth the money. We loved our stay at RIU Jamaica and Bahamas but this one I want my money back. It was unpleasant

The all exclusive was great. Food was wonderful, no complaints at all. Staff was very friendly and nice. Staff always was there to help if needed. Pool, beach and grounds were outstanding. Room was very nice but a little out dated though no complaints there either. I would stay there again. Oh, The drink were outstanding as well.

The room itself was rundown and dirty. Water from the shower was leaking through the wall and the TV for the room was broken. They use cards for room keys and they kept not working. I had to go to the front desk three times for new room keys.

Only had hot water one day out of 5. Staff was unconcerned about the inconvenience. 24 hour buffet was shut down and only open 3 hours at a time. You can order room service - but it is limited to 2 sandwiches, 2 desserts, nachos, and 2 salads. Staff, in general, is unhappy and it shows - even when we are tipping extra. Very, very disappointed in this property.

The property itself is wonderful, the pool is great and the staff outside is wonderful… the buffet is really spectacular… food is flavorful and so many selections… the hotel rooms need updating and the air conditioning and humidity in the room is not good… the thermostat controls need to be replaced.. when we first arrived, the room smelled musty and moldy… the maintenance came and cleaned filters and sprayed a perfume to hide the mustiness… they air handling units need to be replaced and updated … the rooms can use a fresh coat of paint… the dampness in the rooms wouldn’t let the clothes in your room feel fresh and everything felt wet…. We asked the desk for a dehumidifier but they did not have enough to go around… a family came the day before we left and they could not tolerate the smell so they were leaving. The ownership need to focus on this aspect and if they do, it will be a 5 star resort !!! Investment spending will bring them huge dividends for the success of their future

Our stay was overall ok for an all inclusive. Not really any onsite dining options except for the same repetitive food at the buffet. Pool gets really overcrowded I hope they clean it daily because I witnessed some unsanitary things taking place in the pool. But I love Aruba so that definitely contributes to my thoughts.

Our stay was fine. We found that the resort is a bit dated for our taste as was the air con in the junior suite it didn't work well. The room was very damp everything felt wet at all times. Otherwise the staff were all very nice and attentive and breakfast buffet was very good.
