"Room was adequate. Terrible awful pillows in every one of these hotels. Pain in my neck after a stay here! Check in staff didn't speak at all, no welcome. Location is fine, but these hotels have gone down in my estimation. Also sick of yet another hotel that won't accept cash, not good enough."

"Two irritants were our door key not functioning on our second day and each morning our prepaid bookings for breakfast not recognised! Staff did sort it but it was annoying. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay with good, friendly service."
