Can Benet is a modern and beautifully renovated farm estate surrounded by trees and fields, providing a peaceful and serene vacation rental experience in Artà, Spain. It boasts a well-kept garden with a wildlife area, an angular swimming pool (10 x 4 m), and outdoor amenities like a shower, patio, arbour, pergola, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. Inside, you'll find internet access, WiFi, a storage room for bicycles, and a washing machine. Parking is available on the premises.

The property features a private and fenced natural area with a stunning, well-maintained garden showcasing local flora and fauna. Enjoy the refreshing angular swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 140 - 160 cm) during your stay, which is available seasonally from January 1st to December 31st. Relax in the outdoor living spaces, including a patio, arbour, pergola, and garden furniture, or fire up the barbecue for al fresco dining. The owner/gardener ensures the pool is well-maintained.

You are considering a 4-room house that is 300 square meters on the upper ground floor. The spacious and bright property has been fully renovated, featuring very comfortable and cozy furnishings. It includes an open large living/dining room with a sliding door, a panoramic window with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV, digital TV, a flat screen, radio, and a hi-fi system. The living/dining room provides access to the patio and the swimming pool.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property comes equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It has one large double bedroom with a panoramic window and a French bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), along with a fan. Additionally, there are two large double bedrooms, each with a panoramic window, two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), and a fan. The fully-equipped kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a cooking island. The bathrooms include a shower/WC, a bath/shower/WC, and a double hand-basin. Outside, you'll find a large patio, a porch, terrace furniture, a barbecue, eight deck chairs, and a covered balcony.

The property offers a very beautiful view of the valley, the countryside, and the resort. It is well-suited for families and includes various facilities such as a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and a hair dryer. Internet access (WiFi) is provided free of charge, and there is a reserved fenced parking area. The property is ideal for a vacation and can accommodate up to four adults comfortably.
