It was close enough to downtown Arroyo Grande and the surrounding Grover & Pismo Beach areas, that it was convenient to get to the shops and browse around. Our host, Summer was very communicative and she was always attentive to our needs - she addressed our issues quickly and resolved them to our satisfaction. We felt very safe in the unit. We used the garage each and every time, which allowed us to feel safe about parking our truck in a safe place and made for a quick unloading and loading inside. The kitchen had all the modern conveniences and made it easy to keep clean. There was plenty of refrigerator space and Summer had plenty of supplies on hand to replenish what we used. There were snacks on hand that was a nice touch. Summer was also very accommodating to our scheduled arrival and departure times. There are several brochures that gave you an idea of available services, sites and eats close by to the unit. When you book a VRBO - these are the kind of places you’d love to stay at - your home away from home. The place was well furnished with quality bedding and very comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with spices and treats. Location was central and convenient with the Arroyo Grande village nearby, Trader Joe's, and freeway access to hikes, golfing, and beach. It was nice having a small backyard for our dog. Summer was very attentive to our inquiries and needs with a family of 6\. It was really pretty, roomy, super comfortable and had everything we needed. Summer made sure we had pack n plays, a high chair, eating utensils and lots of toys, books, beach items and bubbles to entertain our twin grandchildren. The location was perfect.
