While it does share the lot with another home there are no shared walls or facilities making it nice and private. You enter the property via stairs at the end of the carport parking area which lead you up to a private deck with patio set, most times of day there is a sunny section and shady section. As you come inside, you'll be greeted by the adorable living space, consisting of a living area, breakfast bar, and full kitchen. In the living area you'll find a good size sofa (which does pull out into a bed if needed) coffee table, and Smart TV. Wi-Fi is included with every stay. The breakfast bar with stools is situated between the living area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious home cooked meal and includes a laundry room off to one side with washer and dryer. Through a set of double sliding barn-style doors off the living room is the roomy bedroom with king bed and another Smart TV. The bathroom has a single sink vanity with a good amount of countertop space, and a combo tub/shower, and in addition to having a direct access from the bedroom is also accessible from the kitchen. This charming, modern space is a perfect launchpad to explore the beautiful Central Coast whether you're here for a weekend, a week, or a few months! There is a drop box which is convenient, but driving into Pismo twice is a bit of an inconvenience. As far as the property itself, the interior is as advertised. It was super clean and completely functional. The washer/dryer is a nice feature though I didn't need it. The exterior is another story. There is a big RV parked right next to the parking space which is under the patio, and the trash cans on the other side make parking a bit of a squeeze. The exterior photos do not show the super crowded property and cul-de-sac overall. A tiny strip of astroturf near the stairs was littered with dog poop. The patio area was filthy. I didn't even want to sit in the chairs. Windows need washing: a lot of birds must fly over. ##### Diane L.
