"Villa Vik was a great place for a peaceful holiday with excellent accommodation, food and staff. Swimming in the pool was a real pleasure. Our only reservation was that there were too few staff on duty; often it appeared that just one person had to set tables, staff reception and serve drinks at the bar / pool. They did so cheerfully and helpfully but were stretched."

"From the wonderful entrance - a copy of the church in Teguise complete with Gregorian chants and incense to the beautifully attired room, we were blown away by this hotel, simply couldn’t fault it! Delicious food with ample choice, friendly staff, perfect location and 2 large swimming pools in a superb setting, we could not have been happier! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Hotel Livvo Volcán and sincerely hope to repeat the experience!"

"My Partner and I booked a 3 night stay at this hotel, what an amazing place! We had a room with a jacuzzi and sea view which we used every night, definitely had the wow factor, all nice and clean and the bed was large and extremely comfortable. The hotel grounds were well laid out with 2 pools that weren’t too busy and a nice temperature.
We opted for all inclusive and we both were very impressed with the food. Breakfast was fantastic with a great range of food including a cook station where you can get omelettes and fired eggs. There were 3 restaurants where 2 off them you had access throughout the daytime where you just order food from a menu so it didn’t feel like the traditional buffet style which was nice. The “Breeze” restaurant was extremely high quality food although it wasn’t your typical food you would expect. The burgers here were a bit to posh which ruined them with a big block of goats cheese and the meat wasn’t what you expect from a burger, but with all inclusive it was great trying food that you wouldn’t normally try, the carbonara was delicious. The other restaurant “Sports Bar” was more bar style food such as ribs, chicken wings and skin on fries which also was delicious. The evening buffet restaurant was great with plenty of good food. If I was to have one criticism the staff were not that consistent, some were amazing with great service and others seemed not as happy to be at work. But this was ok and we will definitely be coming back 10/10"

"The hotel although out of the main areas is nice, peaceful and well equipped. The staff are excellent and could not do enough for you. A couple of areas of maintenance (very minor) required within the room itself.
Otherwise a perfect relaxing stay."

"The Hotel was lovely and in a great location, the roof top pool with sunbeds were always quiet so not a problem to get a bed, also a good bar on the roof. We only took breakfast which was very good, a large selection so would suit everybody. Room was really good with big fluffy towels, pay extra for a room with sea view, definitely well worth it. Second time in this hotel and it will not be the last."
"Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Food is ok, nothing bad just standard all inclusive buffet. We chose bed and breakfast and ate out. Rooms nice, all very clean and good facilities. Swimming pool (preferred) is a lovely area to chill."

"Hotel was lovely and pool area although busy was very good. Food was nice apart from the breakfast which let them down slightly. But overall a great stay at this hotel. "

"We had the most amazing holiday, the hotel employees couldn't do enough to help and were incredibly friendly with out two young children. The evening entertainment was brilliant and the hotel facilities were exactly what we wanted.
The only slight bit of feedback would be that more vegan options at the restaurant would be great...but that's a very specific point and generally the food was great. "
