The countryside is lush, wildflowers are in bloom, and the towns are bustling with activity but not yet overwhelmed by peak season tourism. You'll find it easier to secure reservations at popular restaurants and enjoy a more relaxed pace.Families travelling with children will also appreciate the shoulder seasons. The milder temperatures are more comfortable for outdoor activities like hiking and beach days, and accommodation prices are generally more favourable than in July and August.
