### Les Voiles Arradonnaises - Proche sentier côtier

Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 3-star apartment for rent in Arradon, less than a kilometer from the beach and coastal paths. Decorated with care, this 42 m² apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, offers a Wi-Fi connection (fiber optics) and is located on the first floor. It comprises a pleasant 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped open kitchen, a beautiful double bedroom with plenty of storage space, and a bathroom with shower. A sofa bed is also available. You'll enjoy a large, private terrace (approx. 35 m²) with unobstructed views over the park. A private parking space is also included. Cleaning is included in the rental price, and 4\* hotel-quality linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) will be provided. Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A 20 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed (120X180)  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and TV  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Arradon, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby. What's more, it's just a 3-minute drive and 14-minute walk from La Carrière beach and Arradon harbor.  
  
Transportation :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
