All rooms have ACs with a large screen smart TV in the hall and one smaller TV in the bedroom .  
  
The apartment is well equipped with hi speed Wifi ,power back up ,2 large screen smart TVs and 24/7 security within the complex  
The apt boasts of a large pool facing balcony with a swing to spend a lazy afternoon.  
  
The apartment is located in a well maintained premium complex in the heart of Goa surrounded by lush green ,and yet as one steps outside the complex one is welcomed by buzzing Goan shops ,eateries and fun activities .
