A private pool and some of the best views to both the mountains and coast. A little taste of private paradise and, yet within 10 minutes to all the main tourist areas and beaches. Villa Shania in La Sabinita is divided into three separate living / sleeping areas, all with their own bathroom and shower facilities and two with private kitchens. Your own private Pool house with kitchen and BBQ Grill makes this the ideal property to enjoy with family and friends whilst still maintaining privacy and personal space. The main house consists of an ample fully fitted kitchen and dining area with guest toilet. Oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee machine, four ring hob and dishwasher all readily available for preparing your morning breakfasts or evening meals. On the first floor, which can be accessed directly from the kitchen or via the main external staircase, you will find the main living area. With comfortable sofas, air conditioning and a bright enclosed terrace, overlooking the garden and pool area, the terrace boasts stunning views to the coast and some of the most breathtaking sunsets that Tenerife has to offer. As with almost all Spanish properties, the villa does not have central heating but a fully functioning open fireplace is also available for those cooler nights. The main house offers the master double bedroom with air conditioning holds patio doors facing the garden as well as an ample twin bedroom facing the entrance to the property. A large bathroom with jacuzzi bath, double sink and shower facilities allows plenty of room for relaxing and preparing yourselves for a night on the town. You will also find a small guest WC and sink on this floor. Lastly you will find a well fitted walk in wardrobe with drawer and hanging space. This room can be locked to allow a secure storage for personal and valuable items. Located in the main house building with a patio door entrance you will find the separate one bedroom apartment with its on American style kitchen and breakfast area. The separate bedroom with built in wardrobes offers a calm and quiet sleeping area. A small bathroom with WC, sink and shower is available. The apartment also holds twin beds in the living area, allowing sleeping space for up to four persons. Overlooking the garden and pool, you will find the third sleeping area. "The loft" studio apartment can be accessed by a spiral staircase that leads to a breakfast terrace. Behind the patio doors you will find a luxurious sitting area with leather sofas. A double bed which can convert to twin when required and an ensuite WC, shower room. Although this room does not have any kitchen facilities, it holds the most panoramic views of the entire property, from the surrounding mountains to the Atlantic Ocean! The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a romantic glass of wine before bed. The Pool house is the ideal place to enjoy a BBQ and a refreshing drink after a long day of relaxing by the pool! The swimming pool of 5 x 10 meters has a graduated depth of approximately 1.30m to 1.85m. Entrance and exit via 5 steps located at the shallow end. Please note that the pool does not have a heating system. It is south facing without shade all day ( weather permitting). Sun beds and Benches are available for your comfort and use. In the Garden area you will also find an outdoor shower. Next to the one bedroom apartment you will find the laundry room with washing machine and hand washing facilities. The property is completely walled in and secure. Parking for maximum two cars outside is available. In the event of three or more vehicles staying at the same time, the private car port will be made available. We also invite our clients to enjoy the seasonal fruit trees of Mangos, Oranges, Avacados, Nispero and Guayaba when available. The Villa is located approximately 28.5km from the South airport. 7km from Los Cristianos and 8km from Playa de las Americas Siam Mall and the nearest beaches. Locally you have all you need in respects of supermarkets, banks and medical facilities, all within 5 minutes drive. The Teide National Park is located a mere 30km away, making a memorable day out, or a night of star gazing within 45 minutes drive from your Holiday Villa's door! There is so much room for everyone, a bus stop just at the end of the close which takes you to los christianos and was only £1.45 for a single! Villa was clean, tidy and well presented and the outdoor space and pool were perfect for relaxing after days out. Claire was great throughout the trip and always available to answer any questions, and give suggestions of nearby places to eat etc. Location was perfect for us away from the hustle and bustle perfect for relaxing but only 10mins from the main towns, shopping centres etc with smaller shops on the doorstep. We stayed at this villa as two familes of 8\. The living area is perfect for a relaxing stay and the large pool is ideal. A car is required as this villa is a 5 min drive to the greatest town, 15mins from Los Cristianos. The host was excellent, always keeping us informed through the booking process and when we had a slight issue with plumbing, it was resolved via a professional service within 24hours. I discovered villas in Tenerife to rent are few and far between (mostly hotels) so it was perfect that we found this large villa in Arona. It is a great layout for multi generational or multi party visitors as it has 2 separate apartments as well as the main house. The pool and outdoor area is a real highlight with a large pool and outdoor BBQ house as well as an outdoor shower. The house was larger than expected and the beds were all comfy. We found the house to be lovely and cool despite the heat (there is air con upstairs too). Lovely view sitting on any of the balconies. It was very peaceful - the only sounds we heard were the chickens clucking quietly a short distance away. Everything we needed was available and it’s really easy by car to get to all the main areas to visit. We made a mistake with our booking and the owner Claire sorted it out immediately for us. She was absolutely fabulous and made the booking easy and was so helpful before/during our stay. Highly recommend if you are visiting Tenerife ##### Annie H. There is a nice courtyard and large kitchen and outside kitchen too( we did not use) 2 apt. Units that have their own bath rooms. There was plenty of space for the kids to spread out, they enjoyed lounging in the BBQ house on the couches there and by the pool. Property is walled and gated for security, but it was a safe area with no issues for us on our stay. There were a few small maintenance issues, but host was very responsive and took care of them promptly. Host had great communication and had people out quickly to take care. ##### Sean M. Der große Pool ist das Highlight, er wird wöchentlich durch einen externen Poolboy gereinigt. Der Kohlegrill im Barbecue-Haus eignet sich hervorragend für einen Grillabend. Die Küche im Haupthaus ist gut ausgestattet lädt dank ihrer Kochinsel zu geselligem Kochen ein. Wir stellten bei der Ankunft fest, dass die Spülmaschine nicht funktionierte. Nach kurzer Nachricht wurde sie noch während unseres Aufenthalts durch eine neue ersetzt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war immer schnell und sehr freundlich. Die WCs und Schlafräume waren sauber. Insgesamt merkt man schon, dass die Häuser und deren Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Allerdings in einem völlig erträglichen Maß, das nicht davon abhalten sollte hier den Urlaub zu verbringen. Die in den Rezensionen angesprochene Schweinefarm ist hin und wieder zu vernehmen und erinnert an einen Bauernhof-Geruch. Hat uns weniger gestört. Sonstiges: Die Internetgeschwindigkeit war mit ca. 40 MBit/s down okay fürs Arbeiten. Im Dorf selbst ist nicht so viel los, man ist aber in 10-15 Minuten unten an der Küste. Etwas abgelegen dafür ruhig. Ein Auto ist fast zwingend. Wir hatten sehr gutes Wetter und waren froh um eine Abkühlung im Pool. Leider ist das Haupthaus und auch das Poolhaus etwas abgewohnt (Einige Lampen defekt, Steckdosen defekt, Elektrokabel hingen aus der Wand, usw.). Die Klimaanlagen im Haupthaus funktionierten nur halb. Im Hauptschlafzimmer ging es einigermassen. ImWohnzimmer ging die Klimaanlage nicht.Die Küche war nicht sauber und im Geschirrspühler hatte es sogar Schimmel. Das Geschirr und die allgemeinen Küchenutensilien sind etwas zusammengewürfelt. Die Böden und der begehbare Kleiderschrank waren ziemlich staubig. Die beiden Kaffeemaschinen in der Küche waren auch nicht gut gereinigt. Die Küche war nach unserem Besuch definitiv deutlich sauberer als vorher. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt aber trotzdem genossen. ##### Peter M.
