You will find a private fully-equipped kitchen, along with Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a fan, TV, video on demand, and a washing machine. The property features step-free access and step-free interior, making it easily accessible.  
  
Step outside to your private uncovered terrace and enjoy the shared garden and outdoor pool. An outdoor shower is also available for your convenience. The property is situated near the beach, and you can access a shared tennis court during your stay.  
  
Parking is available with both a shared garage space and shared street parking options. Public transportation is conveniently accessible from the location.
