The 120 m² property is situated on the ground floor and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as an additional toilet in the pool area, comfortably accommodating 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, smart TV with streaming services, fan, washing machine, and beach or pool towels. A cot and high chair are available on request. This accommodation does not have air conditioning. The house offers a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, and outdoor shower. The upper floor is not part of the accommodation, is completely independent, and has a separate entrance. The house is located just 500 m from the centre of Arona, with the Parque de las Águilas del Teide 1 km away. Los Cristianos is 8 km away, Vilaflor 14 km, and the airport 21 km, about a 20-minute drive. Public transport is within walking distance of the property. There is a parking space available on the property and another in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. The property is completely independent and does not have shared areas. There is also parking for motorcycles and bicycles.
