Its perfect for family, couples holidays, or for someone working remotely, as there is fast reliable WIFI. It is located in Oasis Del Sur a quiet upmarket suberb of Los Cristianos,its a 5 minute walk to the Passerella Centre and best strip of excellent bars & International restaurants in Los Cristianos & it's a 15 minute stroll down to the beach&town centre. In the lounge/dining area there are 2 NEW 2021 leather3 & 2 seater sofas,plus dining table & 4 chairs. There is 32 inch HD LCD TV, with over 20 UK Channels including, the major UK terrestrial ones.. The fully equipped kitchen has oven, fridge, microwave, halogen hob, toaster & kettle. The apartment has new floor tiles & ceiling fans, in lounge & both bedrooms. There is also a washing machine. The apartment is lovely, clean has all the things you need for self catering. The welcome water, milk etc was a lovely touch. There is a supermarket within a monies walk, the pool area was refurbished the day we arrived so so was fresh and clean and the little on site bar was great. The 32inch LCD tv with British Channels including Sky Sports are great, there are two new bathrooms and double glazing throughout. Jill who looks after the apartment for Kay and Martin is really friendly and lives on the complex two apartments away. There is a small friendly poolbar on the complex and there are lots of Bars and restaurants within a five minute walk. Be aware of steep, deep stairs to downstairs bedroom. Showers are great, good WiFi, comfortable furniture and beds. We were looking forward to relaxing on the balcony overlooking the pool but it was impossible with the same folk being noisy every day, all day. Maybe unfortunate timing for our booking! Well stocked supermarket through the back gate of the complex very handy. The apartment is close to the strip with plenty choice for bars and restaurants. The beach and promenade within walking distance. Have been returning to this part of Tenerife for many years now. Thanks for having us. Das 2\. Schlafzimmer ist im Kellergeschoss, zum Schlafen geht es. Das 2\. Bad daneben könnte eine größere Auffrischung vertragen. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist akzeptabel, aber nur wenn man auswärts isst. Wir haben einen kleinen Kaffee-Zubereiter gekauft und dagelassen, die Vormieter haben sich wohl mit Instantkaffee (3 angefangene unterschiedliche Gläser) zufriedengegeben. Das Bett im oberen Schlafzimmer war gut, die Investition in eine etwas wärmere Decke ist empfehlenswert. Der Pool war schön geheizt, die Poolliegen ausreichend und bequem mit schönen Sonnenschirmen.
