Parking is free in the resort (private parking). To get to your apartment, many elevators are at your disposal. The apartment offers a bright setting for a couple's stay. In 376 ft², the apartment offers you all the necessary comfort with a simple and elegant decoration. Fully furnished and equipped, the apartment can accommodate 2 people. The living area is composed of a comfortable sofa, TV, dining table and chairs and opens onto a 172 ft² balcony with a fantastic view. The balcony is large enough to have breakfast or a meal. The kitchen is equipped and very functional. The bedroom has a bed and a wardrobe with hangers, ironing board and iron. The most luxurious area of the island is 300 meters away and the beach 400 meters away. Many supermarkets open 7 days a week, pharmacies are also nearby (less than 2 minutes by walk). It is clean and literally has everything you could need for a self catering stay. It has a lovely wrap around balcony with sunbeds and a table and chairs and the sun is on it for most of the day. There are excellent views of the sea, the golf course and mountains. The pool area is spotless and it was pretty quiet when we were there. It is central to everything. There is a supermarket across the road, as well as bars and restaurants. Playa de las Americas is a 5-10 minute walk and Los Cristianos is around a 20 minute walk. However, there is a taxi rank opposite the apartment and it is really convenient for buses to the airport and other resorts. Our contacts at the resort, Enrico and Lara, were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help. If I had one small criticism, it would be that there is quite a lot of road noise as it is on a busy road. However, once the doors are closed, you don't hear a thing.
