Within the resort of Arona, Spain, the modern and cozy "Duplex Bencomo" apartment complex offers a comfortable vacation rental experience. Built in 2006, this two-story property features a shared, well-kept terraced garden, three heated swimming pools (including a children's pool), and shower/WC facilities in the pool area. Enjoy the convenience of an on-site lift, roofed parking for two cars, and proximity to a supermarket, restaurant, and bus stop just 300 meters away. The sandy beach is only 200 meters from this guarded residence.

Enjoy the beautiful, well-kept terraced garden shared among residents. Soak up the sun in a quiet, sunny position while taking advantage of the three heated swimming pools available for use. The pools range in depth from 120 to 160 cm and are open seasonally from January 1st to December 31st. Families with children will appreciate the dedicated children's pool area. Shower/WC facilities are conveniently located within the pool area.

Unit Layout  
The maisonette is a spacious 3-room unit spanning 100 square meters across two levels on the top floor. The living/dining area features a double sofa bed and satellite TV (flat screen), with access to a terrace. One bedroom on the lower level is equipped with a French bed (160cm x 200cm), a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hydro massage bath, also leading out to the terrace. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, and freezer. There is a separate toilet on the lower level. Upstairs, you'll find another bedroom with a French bed (180cm x 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The unit boasts two terraces, a small one measuring 22 square meters and a large one spanning 60 square meters, both furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering views of the sea, countryside, and resort.
