Cosy apartment block detached, built in 2015\. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: property. Terrace, garden furniture, fireplace, barbecue house, children's playground. In the complex: playroom, trampoline, storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking at the house. Grocery 300 m, shopping centre 9 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Arnoltice" 400 m, railway station "Děčín východ" 10 km, outdoor swimming pool 4.5 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course (9 hole) 7 km, tennis 7 km, indoor tennis centre 7 km, minigolf 12 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane, children's playground 450 m. Nearby attractions: vyhlídka Belveder 4 km, Hřensko 6 km, Pravčická brána 8 km, Děčín - zámek, aquapark, zoo 10 km, Děčínský Sněžník, Bad Schandau, zříceniny hradů Falkenštejn, Šunštejn 20 km, Liberec, Drážďany 70 km. Hiking paths: kaňon Labe, Jetřichovické skály, České Švýcarsko/Böhmische Schweiz.  
"Arnoltice 6", 2-room maisonette on the top floor. Entrance hall. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: gallery with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families apartment street side. Non-smokers only. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
