Whirlpool, Sauna, Grill In einzigartiger Lage in Kärnten, 100 Meter vom Dreiländereck Berglift zwischen Österreich, Italien und Slowenien entfernt, bieten wir dieses besonders großzügige, nagelneue Ferienhaus mit großzügigem Garten mit Südterrasse und Rundumblick an der Berge. Beinhaltet eine Fasssauna, einen Whirlpool mit Whirlpool und eine Feuerstelle. Ein fantastischer Ort für einen Urlaub zu jeder Jahreszeit! Herrliche Temperaturen im Sommer, wunderschöne Farben im Frühling und Herbst und im Winter den Schnee genießen! Morgens Kaffee mit Apfelstrudel auf einer Almwiese, nachmittags Wandern, Rafting, Kajakfahren oder Mountainbiken im slowenischen Outdoor-Mekka Kransjka Gora und abends Pizza, Pasta oder „Cucina Regional“ in Italien. Das Haus verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Streaming-TV, eine gut ausgestattete Luxusküche, drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, einen großzügigen Garten, einen Balkon und eine überdachte Terrasse mit Außenküche und „Big Green Egg“-Nachbildung zum kulinarischen Grillen. Im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Häusern in der unmittelbaren Umgebung ist das Dachzimmer dieses Hauses über eine feste Treppe erreichbar und die Energiekosten sind inbegriffen, diese werden jedoch nicht nachträglich abgerechnet.
