This bright and airy upper-level features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area. Step out onto the private deck to enjoy peaceful sunsets over 1.8 acres. Just a short drive to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife, it’s ideal for families or friends looking to relax, unwind, and make lasting memories. Tail wags approved! The home is proud to be pet-friendly, so your vacation memories can include your favorite four-legged pal. STARTER KIT: We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note these items are not replenished during your stay. Kitchen Kit: 1 roll paper towels, 2 small trash bags, 2 large trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, 2 dish towels. Full Bathroom Kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap. Linens & Towels: Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter. We provide sheets for sofa beds that are left in the room with the couch, but not for trundles/rollaway beds. Each guest receives 1 towel set (large bath, hand, washcloth).
