### Cozy and Charming Cabin/ 5 mins walk to beach - located in a quiet community

This charming two story 4-season cabin is located in a quiet bay community of Spruce Sands, 10-minute drive North of Gimli, Manitoba. It boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, sunroom with front and back decks, outdoor shower and a huge backyard. This spacious cabin is perfect for large families!  
A 5-minute walk brings you to a private community beach with a community store that offers the best ice cream to beat those hot summer days! There are plenty of walking/bike trails and ATV trails that take you to the Arnes Farmer’s Market where you can enjoy locally made goods.  
Did we forget to mention fishing and catching sight of the Northern Lights? Yep, with timing and when forecast allows, you will see the most magical colors in the sky right outside the backyard.  
Vacations are important and we want to make sure that your stay with us is relaxing and refreshing for you and your family. We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your stay. This is your vacation time and we hope you make the most of our cabin. Please ensure you read and fully understand the cabin rules in this Welcome Book.
