"What can I say, this was my 3rd stay at The Leela Mumbai, rooms were clean with plenty of space to move around. Staff were fabulous from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Food at this hotel was amazing and plenty of choice for everyone. A big thank you to all the staff from the check in to the door men and a special shout out to the restaurant manager and staff. Definitely will be using this hotel again and is one of my favourite places to stay."

"We had a lovely couple of days at Planet Hollywood Navi Mumbai. Clean room and bathrooms, excellent breakfast and room service. Both fish and prawn curries were delicious. Big thumbs up for Divya who served our coffee and omelette then cleared the tables. Very polite and always smiling Ahmed was ever so helpful and made our stay very comfortable, even helped us book our Uber for our next destination. Will definitely stay here again.."

"The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside was the heavy traffic outside the hotel, which could be a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again."

Everyone from the person who opens the Gate, Opens the Door at Security, Front Desk, Cleaning Crews and all of the Staff in the Restaurant on the 9th Floor are a joy - Always Smiling, Always enquiring as to what I need. Unbelievable Customer Service to everyone - A great Testament to the Legacy of the Late Mr. Ratan Tata. Let me try with all the names - Hrithika, Sourabh, Mr. Shah at the front desk, Alia, Sammy, Neha, Sheetal, Anikhet, Gayathri, Pastry Chef gosh I forgot her name, Karan and so many others - Thank You"
