Just in front of the Armilla metro station, it allows you to reach the centre of Granada or the AVE train station in just a few minutes. The area also has shops, supermarkets and all services close at hand, making your stay practical and comfortable from the very first moment.  
  
This brand new flat, with superior qualities, is located on a ground floor with no stairs, so it offers direct and comfortable access for any type of traveller. It has two spacious and bright bedrooms: one with a double bed and private en-suite bathroom, and the other with two single beds. It also has a second full bathroom with bidet, ideal for sharing with total privacy and comfort.  
  
The living room is spacious, very bright and is connected to a modern open-plan kitchen fully equipped with new appliances: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware. In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a Smart TV with internet connection to enjoy Netflix or other platforms with your own accounts.  
  
The flat offers two private outdoor spaces: a beautiful terrace and a patio, perfect for having breakfast outside, reading or simply relaxing after a day exploring the city.
