Owner tried to cancel booking upon arrival but to late for a refund. Had to sit in parking lot while hotels.com spoke with them. Laundry room was rarely open. I will definitely never stay here again and will not recommend. Also, many undesirables LIVE here I believe.

The room was terribly dirty clearly not completely cleaned as advertised! Two towels for 4 people. Curtains were not hung properly or in good condition. Place was very run down and I would NEVER stay there again! Makes me question all of the oyo hotels!

I booked this hotel after seeing the photos on Hotels.com. It looked very nice. So I chose to redeem one of my free nights. What a mistake that was. This hotel is absolutely the worst! There was a gap between the front door from the door handle down that started 1/16” to 1/4”. The room reeked from a perfumed carpet cleaner they put down. The curtains wouldn’t close tight and there were 17 cigarette burns on the tub. the bathroom door was disgusting and in need of paint. Another thing is the front desk takes a photo copy of your credit card for $100 incidentals. When I went to check out at 6am there was no one at the desk in the lobby. I waited 20 minutes. Please compare pictures I took to website pictures. Not even close! Again, I’m also mad because I wasted a free night in this place.

Apparently Expedia overbooks at this hotel. We had reserved 1 room w/ 2 queens for a family of 4. They ended up giving us two rooms with one bed in each room. The rooms were quite smelly and in disrepair. Not a great experience at all.

Room pictures do not represent the room, the picture has been stretched. Room didn't smell clean. I looked athe the bed coverings didn't look like where I was willing to stay. I also noted the general feel and I did not feel safe in that setting. Price point way off for such a low end hotel. looked like a hotel some may rent for long term low cost housing. I left without sitting down

Room was run down and smelled like a dog! Remote control didn't work unless I walked to the TV and pointed it at a box secured to the back of the TV. When I called the front desk around 2 pm I was told the he would be right over to check it but never showed up...... And I was charged $100 deposit to my card that has yet to be refunded.

The room was covered in dust when I arrived, they had me park in different spots and accused me of damming the parking lot. The motel is in disrepair and the staff is reluctant to perform basic housekeeping. Management is confrontational has no concern for customer service. Drugs and prostitution are evident, booked a different place a few miles away as the conditions at this hotel are really bad.

Stayed for 9 nights, the sheets were never changed, trash wasn’t taken out for a week, towels weren’t changed out. And when we asked for towels and our room to be cleaned, we got handed 2 towels and 2 trash bags. Got an attitude when we found the cleaning lady to do our room, she asked us if we wanted to vacuum our room ourselves. Ridiculous service. Will never stay again.

Gal at front desk was unable to check us in due to being under the influences of drugs. She took 45 minutes before I had to ask her boss to help. She told us we didn’t have a reservation, and they did not accept Travelocity reservations. Eventually we git a room, wrong size bed (queen rather than king) and we were charged more than Travelocity price.

Basic no frills hotel. This location is fine if you're just looking for a place to crash for a night. Beware that there is a $100 deposit on check in. That can really catch people by surprise as it's not advertised anywhere.

Honestly, we weren't looking for much. Price point screamed basic. And it was. The bed was actually comfortable, on the firm side. Then comes the 'but'... It's just old and awkwardly a mess. Between the numerous dents, dings and chips in the wall..it's clear that maintenance other than actually big holes, is non-existent. Rust spots in the sink....which isn't gross when one understands, but it's a bit beyond acceptable. Seriously, a sink is less than 15 bucks and takes about 40 mins to change. What stuck in my craw the most; the booger on the wall at eye height on the wall in the bathroom next to the hair dryer. Really, you would have to try and not see it while cleaning. Sometimes when one just wants a bed for a short stay...basic is ok. This wasn't.

Good: - The hotel is OK and quite close to the freeway. Despite its short distance to the freeway, it was not too loud. - The rooms are reasonably clean and everything worked fine inside. Not so good: - The corridor leading to the room was not too clean, with smelly sticky stuff on the floor, and an overall dilapidated feel. - The staff was a little uptight, made you feel like in a police raid, insisted that we get the kids out of the car and questioned them at the check-in time.

After waiting 15 minutes for prior guest to check in was informed they need ID for both people. I said that was a stupid policy and the clerk refused to provide a room. A very slow check in process and a very grumpy check in clerk. Will NEVER stay here again.

Great for an overnight
A nice little motel for a short stay. The price is terrific for what we needed. Front desk staff ( maybe the owners?) we're frustrating. I won't go into detail but they had little focus on guests. I did laugh at the sign that said absolutely no pets and their dog was laying on the the floor at check in.

nothing unique but I checked in at about 5pm, went up to my room the door was slightly open (weird) checked the room, no one was there. I shut the curtain, left some paper on the table and shut the door, making sure it was locked. When i got back a few hours later housekeeping? had been in my room the curtain was back open and my papers were gone. NOT HAPPY! Check in is at 4pm and it was past that. NO ONE should have been in my room after I checked in. Otherwise it was clean and serviceable.

Well....the pillows are comfortable. Other than that...they didn’t have the room I booked so I had to pay $20 extra for because it was a 2 queen room. Then they almost didn’t give me that room because my boyfriend wasn’t with me...on top of it all they charged a $100 damage deposit that I HAVE NOT RECEIVED back....it’s been 4 weeks....

The bathroom was so dirty. There was dead bugs squished on the wall in the shower. There was what looked to be a blood smear on the wall in front of the toilet. There was dirt and hair and dust all over the bathroom floor. The wifi didn’t work at all during our stay. There was no housekeeping, no one cleaned the room during the day. The sheets were filthy with more possible blood smear on one of the beds.

I didn’t know you couldn’t check in after 1am. It was Black Friday and my wife and I been shopping til after the check in hour. This is the first time my wife and I booked in this property. The person was rude and told me that I don’t know how to read the sign and told me to go away. While he was walking away he called me stupid. Very rude. Very very rude.
