I sent a message to the concierge service, but they were unable to change it during my 6 day stay (possibly due to the Thanksgiving holiday). That said, I would certainly stay there again and the underground parking that was included, made getting in and out of the apartment very convenient. The property was great and the surrounding area was also great. We were very close to everything we wanted to do. What I didn't like was the confusion that it wasn't a hotel, but a residential apartment complex with some rooms for daily rental. When I received a message that our room was changed, I didn't read far enough in the rather long email to note it wasn't in the same building, but in another property in another location!!!!! So, we arrived near midnight due to airline issues and drove to the wrong location! Clarity of the fact that this is not a hotel would do wonders for cleaning up communication. All in all, it was a wonderful apartment in a wonderful location.
