"All the staff were welcoming, happy and polite. The room was cleaned and well-maintained. Thanks to the help of front desk staff we were able to access Internet, however it is a bit unclear if there was complimentary Wi-Fi and a little tricky to join the network."

"Gorgeous architectural experience in the lobby. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms didn't wow me but they were not bad. Catering food was okay at our event. The riverwalk and bridge nearby were lovely. Dilapidated freeway overpass on the walk to the train stop but I was safe enough. "
