The staff was great she was very quick and friendly only problem was when I got to my room and went tin the restroom getting ready to shower the restroom was not clean there was trash in the trash can and no towels norshampoo or soap.. In fact there was dirty wet towels left in the bathrooms my husband had to go down and ask for new towels. Room 156... Recommend that they clean the rooms before renting out.
We did a 5 day stay where we did 3 Ranger games & Cowboy Stadium. The front desk personnel were excellent. Very friendly, cooperative & helpful. Shuttle service to all events, restaurants within walking distance, room service, nice pool, great free breakfast. Could not have asked for a better, more enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.
Enjoyed the stay! Very convenient with being able to be transported 5 miles from the hotel. Breakfast was good. Chris the driver was very pleasant and personable. He gave lots of information about the city. Unfortunately there were not many restaurants close by to walk to.
It was a clean and professional staffed. The only thing we did not like where the hours of the bar and the kitchen being open.Went for a late breakfast I guess think thats what a lot of people on there holidays closed at 10 am.Went to get a drink and a bite at 10:00 after the game Kitchen closed bar was closing for 10:30 but stayed open Til 11.00 pm
