It was much better than I expected. I booked this hotel for travel for work. I'm assuming it is significantly more expensive in the summer or on the date of a sporting event. I booked it for $99 per night.
The hotel was clean and well maintained. We went there for the Dallas game and they offer a shuttle to and from the airport as well as a ride to and from the stadium. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative I have is that they did not communicate the time for breakfast well. We were told that breakfast was from 7-10. The problem was that breakfast was from 7-10 on Sunday but 7-9 on Monday. When we went down for breakfast on Monday at 9:20 breakfast was over so we did not get to eat before we left for the airport. Other than that it was a good stay.
We came to Dallas as Dallas fans to attend the Cowboys football game. The hotel was convenient to our goal of being near the stadium and able to get in and out easily. Additionally, we wanted to stay at a nicer hotel and this was that too. All in all a great experience.

"Great location with plenty of amenities close by."
The rooms are very comfortable with a king size bed, desk and chair and a nice chair and ottoman. Bathroom is good size with plenty of counter space and storage under sink. A make up mirror in the bathroom would have been a bonus.
The hotel is quiet with decent parking. The BEST part of the hotel is the staff! When we checked in Tonya was working the front desk and could not have been more delightful and accommodating. What a pleasure to be treated with such warmth and caring - we felt like we were being invited into her home! She is a real plus.
