Close to the arenas and the ancient theater, it offers an ideal setting to enjoy the local culture. Inside, original features like stone walls and a French ceiling create a warm and authentic ambiance. Upon entering, you discover a spacious hall with stone vaults and a travertine floor. The bright living room, with its stone walls and exposed beams, is perfect for gatherings. The modern kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped. The house has three comfortable bedrooms, including a master suite. The living room features a sofa bed, and the bathroom is elegant and well-appointed. Drop-off possible in front of the house. Access with a badge. The house is located on a street accessible by car, making it easy to load and unload your belongings. Free parking less than 800m away, under video surveillance. The sofa bed is available for an additional fee of €20 to cover linen costs. I liked the added thought of little things like a new bar of local soap in the bathroom, water bottles in the bedroom and orange juice and packaged waffles for our first breakfast. The kitchen was SMALL but typical French but all of the cook wear was clean and modern. :) The bathroom was spacious but it was difficult to not have the shower leak. The location was perfect! The location is wonderful - close to the historic center, patisserie, restaurants and grocery store. I felt like I was sleeping in a castle with the large stone block walls and the comfortable beds and sheets smelling so good. The stairs could present some difficulties for some people as they are narrow and spiral. Our host, Michel, speaks only French but if you know a little French you will do fine. Michel was very helpful with showing us where to park for free and where all the necessary stores are. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. I would stay here again if I'm ever lucky enough to be in Arles again. ##### Margaret T. The host helped me find free parking which was great. The house is small, although we managed even with 6 people. The only difficulty was the stairs which are narrow and steep.
