However, there are two flights of narrow and steep stairs to get to the apartment, one is semi spiral, and one more long, narrow staircase to the second bedroom. The only negative was the 35 stairs that were needed to get from the street to the terrace. Anyone who has issues with mobility and stairs may want to think again. The apartment has everything you would need for a relaxing stay (including great AC which was much appreciated as it was very hot weather while we were there) and being right in the heart of the historic part of Arles, we were within a few minutes' walk to wonderful restaurants and historic sites, including a wonderful boulangerie right around the corner for wonderful breakfasts of coffee and pastries, as well as yummy sandwiches. There is a paid parking lot (daily fee you have to pay) several blocks away, convenient to the apartment. The apartment is accessed by two sets of steep stairs (as well as steep staircase up to the upstairs bedroom), so this would not be convenient for anyone with mobility issues but we had no issues with it. The apartment manager was communicative and easy to deal with, but it is not self-check in or self-check out, you coordinate with him for the timing of your arrival and departure. It went smoothly for us. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to visit this wonderful French Provence town. ##### Clint and Kristina B. L'animo del proprietario traspare nella vasta collezione di libri lasciati in bella vista e una serie di CD di eccellente musica , anche questi riposti nella libreria. nella sala. La casa emana calore anche nei quadri appesi e dimostra estremo gusto nella loro disposizione anche su una parte di muro a sasso. Ora la foto fatta a quella parete e mia moglie distesa sul divano rosso, con il sole che entra dalla finestra il primo mattino, è diventata l'immagine del suo profilo WhatsApp . Sep 20, 2018 #### The perfect place to stay in the perfect French town. We loved the location of this apartment and we loved Arles. It had a great kitchen that we cooked a few meals in. We enjoyed playing music and playing some of the many board games that were in the apartment. In fact, we became addicted to Labyrinth. Both Margarot was so easy to work with and help plan our stay. While we were there Margorot's friend Regis helped us get keys and check in and out. He was very nice and we enjoyed talking with him.
