"Nicely maintained historic hotel, conveniently located to shops, restaurants and a beautiful park. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice, if a bit quirky which is part of the charm of an older hotel."
Saratoga Casino Hotel

"The hotel was great. Large, nicely decorated rooms. Only issue we had was a pair of men’s dirty underwear left in a corner of our room. That was gross, We did tell the front desk about it and they were apologetic. Otherwise everything was great!"
The Manchester View

"The lodge was in a picturesque location with lots of amenities. The rooms were clean apart from bugs in the window seals and in the main community areas. Lots of spider webs in lamp shades and around window areas. Just seemed to be overlooked for a long time. Unfortunately, we did not have a window screen on our room window in order to cool the room off due to the AC unit not functioning properly. We did find a fan which helped some. The breakfast was delicious and it was overall a comfortable place to stay and relax. I would definitely return for the views and location. Hopefully with the new staff in place, the lodge will improve in other areas needing attention."

"Room was sparkling clean but the smell of the cleaning chemicals vas very strong in the air that gave us both headache. Even after airing the room, the smell lingered around."

"It is a very good place for the price. Staff is super nice especially Jay at front desk. Breakfast is good too. Loved the place and the fact that it is close to Adriondacks."

"We got one of the best rooms with 2 huge windows to the lake, it was amazing! Private beach was another great thing about the hotel. We will definitely come back in the summer."
The Saratoga Hilton

"The hotel itself was very nice, and very clean. The girl we checked in with was super nice, the girl we checked out with not so much. Also no complimentary coffee. The girl at the desk sent us to the restaurant but it wasn’t open. Then another worker sent us back to the desk and said they would make some but we figured when she didn’t offer she probably didn’t want to. Other than that it was a nice stay. The gentleman out front was extremely helpful and kind also!!!"
