Installations vieillissantes 2\. Entretien laissé à désirer 3\. État des piscines: mauvais, carrelage mosaïque décollé, résine des piscines plage avec de nombreux trous et j’en passe… 4\. Cafars se promenant dans votre chambre la nuit lorsque vous vous levez pour aller au petit coin 5\. On a même eu la mauvaise suprise de se retrouver nez à nez avec un Rat qui avait grimper dans l’arbre fasse à notre balcon 6\. Oubliez d’avoir de bonnes places au soleil à la piscine car tout est réservé depuis 7-8h le matin. (Problème classique vous me direz mais dans un 5\*, c’est du jamais vu pour ma part) 7\. Prix exorbitant : si vous désirez boire un verre, sachez qu’on vous traitera comme les clients de la pension complète et ne vous attendez pas à un service de qualité 8\. Vous devez charger votre carte de la chambre de n quantité suffisante sinon, on ne vous serra nulle part. Ou alors vous devrez régler de suite avec votre carte bancaire. 9\. Nettoyages des chambres: en une semaine : à 2 reprises, la chambre n’a pas été faite …. Sympa encore pour un 5\* 10\. Ambiance très sombre dans l’hôtel, certes nous comprenons le thème « jungle - baobab » mais il y a clairement un gros delta entre les images hollywoodienne de l’hôtel sur internet et les différentes plateformes. 11\. Point sympa: le petit magasin à l’intérieur, à première vue, on se dit qu’on ira faire le plein d’eau et différentes victuailles pour chambre, cependant une fois…."
