Located in one of the best areas of Cantabria, this cozy semi-detached house is the ideal accommodation for visiting Cantabria, as it is only 12 minutes walk from Berria beach and 7 minutes by car from the center of Santoña. The property has 3 floors, distributed as follows: Ground floor with access to the garden, it will be on this floor where we find the living room and kitchen, as well as a small toilet. On the first floor we can find two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and we will also find a full bathroom. It will be on the second floor where we find two single beds with access to a small balcony where you can enjoy sunny days.
