A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals: refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, washing machine, coffee maker, etc. A shower room and separate toilet are included. Private parking is available.  
Located a 5-minute walk from the beaches, with supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants nearby.
