Located in Arenys de Mar, the holiday apartment Modern and renewed Apartament Florí with step-free access and interior offers guests a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The 87 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available. The building in which the accommodation is located has an elevator and there are security cameras and/or audio recording devices. This accommodation features a private outdoor area including an open terrace and a balcony.  
  
The apartment is located within 8 walking minutes of a supermarket, 10 walking minutes of the beach and the town center, 20 walking minutes of the train station, and 30 walking minutes of the cinema. Restaurants are available throughout the area.  
  
Free parking is available on the street.
