J en ai parlé à Francis l homme à l accueil, qui a réagit de suite.Il a été très aimable ,gentil et réactif.Ainsi que sa collègue qui m a super bien accueilli le vendredi soir. Hôtel super bien située à 5minutes de Times Squares, et magasins en bas de l hôtel. Je recommande cet hôtel,malgré le bruit de la rue,mais elle les boules caisses fournies par l hôtel, je n ai eu aucun problèmes pour dormir. »
