This home overlooks the 3rd green. The course has undergone a complete restoration by worldly known golf course architect Tom Doak. He has returned it to Perry Maxwell’s original design. This cool and hip vintage vibe brings the feeling of luxury to mind. It was spacious and clean and easy to host a BBQ. The host even brought us a folding table to use and had a full propane tank for us. The home is exceptionally clean, right down to the baseboards. Every very detail throughout the home has been meticulously and lovingly thought out; it's obvious the owners take a great deal of pride in this home. Everything about this place was excellent. The house was very easy to access, and we were even able to check in early. The decor is modern and stylish, and the golf course view was spectacular. We had plenty of space for our group to gather, eat, visit, sleep, etc. and the kids enjoyed the gaming system in the downstairs living area. Our family had such a wonderful time getting the opportunity to gather together in such a spacious, beautiful place. All of the glass windows and sliding doors made the house so open and bright. The only issue was the direct sunlight in eyes while trying to eat dinner at the dining room table since there were no curtains or blinds to pull, but we were able to manage just fine. I highly recommend this listing, and look forward to coming back in the future. ##### Tony W. We had family coming in from all over the country and there was plenty enough space for all of us (12) to come together or get a break from each other at the same time. The kids also had enough room to run around in the backyard. The kitchen area is large too with plenty of prep space. All bedrooms were very spacious and clean. The house did get a little hot for us but it is July and there are lots of windows without curtains on the main floor. We were able to have a great get together with our local family members too on the 4th of July (22 people total). We had plenty of space for grilling, tables, multiple coolers and chairs. My only advice would be, if you are going to have a larger gathering outside, keep in mind this house is located in the middle of an otherwise quiet golf community. ##### Devon W.
